    Police Arrest People For Social Media Postings Because Of NYPD Shooting

    Some police departments are arresting people for allegedly making threatening statements towards cops on social media sites.
    The arrests are believed to be in response to the murders of NYPD Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjan Liu. Ismaaiyl Brinsley reportedly posted threats on Instagram before he shot the two men.
    Matthew Reardon was arrested in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, last Monday for reportedly writing a message on Facebook.
    The Asbury Park Press reports the post stated, "Don't wanna get clipped while sitting in your squad car?? Don't be a [expletive] pig who's looking to get killed ... Everyone who goes out of their way to [expletive] with other people should get executed in cold blood."

    Police in Chicopee, Massachusetts, are planning to file a criminal complaint against Charles "Charlie" DiRosa for allegedly posting "Put wings on pigs" (the same phrase used by Brinsley on Instagram) on his Facebook page.

    "In the eyes of every police officer in America today, 'Putting wings on pigs' is a threat," Chicopee Police Department spokesman Michael Wilk told MassLive.com.

    "We are not looking on Facebook," added Wilk. "Someone sent us a message to let us know and that they were concerned because they don't want to see us hurt."

    According to RT.com, Devon Coley was arrested in Brooklyn, New York, last Monday for allegedly making a terroristic threat.
    Coley reportedly posted a cartoon of someone shooting at a police car with the phrase "73Nextt," believed to be a police precinct number, on Facebook.
    The Denver Post noted that Jeremiah Perez was arrested in Colorado Springs, Colorado, last Monday for allegedly posting this comment on YouTube: "SINCE DARREN WILSON our group has killed 6 retired sheriffs and cops ... because of this event we will hunt two more in Colorado this week ... for every innocent citizen that cops kill WE, VETERANS WILL KILL RETIRED HELPLESS COPS ... COPS ARE THE REAL ENEMIES OF FREEDOM LOVING AMERICANS."

      Mental illness or under the influence of alcohol? I guess paying foe a 1st class seat does not include the right to sing outloud to the annoyance of everyone else in 1st class.

    2. Your Constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom of speech is only "permitted" if you say stuff the elitists and their enforcers like to hear. Tyranny under any other name ...

    3. I'd be more concerned that an Airliner could just vanish without a trace! As just occurred for the second time this year. Alas, I'm not a pilot.

    4. Blacks are starting to sound Jewish.

    5. The "only ones" are getting nervous. Good. Maybe they will revert back to being Peace Officers.

      LEO = terrorist
      Peace Officer = hero

    6. No crime no victim, people have the right to say what they wish. Cops took an oath to protect these rights, but if someone offends them them the right is quickly dismissed. How do you find all this time on taxpayer dollars to search these sights? Should you not be doing some real crime busting instead of sitting you your ass.
