A wannabe Justin Bieber would "never say never" even after cops arrested him — twice.

D'laontie Dee Lewis was busted twice on Tuesday for trying to sing as Justin Bieber to children — first at a school, then again at a daycare, cops said.

On Tuesday morning, Lewis walked into Dunbar Middle School, blending in with students who were coming in late between 8:30 and 9 a.m., principal Amon Gilliam said, according to the Charleston Gazette-Mail. He wandered into the office, interrupted the morning announcements and asks to get on the intercom to sing Justin Bieber to the students.

The first time he was arrested he was charged with marijuana possession. The second time, it was for trespassing and disorderly conduct.
"He asked and I told him he could not do that. He was visibly upset," Gilliam said.

He wanted to sing Bieber's "As Long As You Love Me," WCHS8 reported.

The school was put on lockdown for 30-40 minutes as a precaution, as cops took Lewis to Thomas Memorial Hospital for evaluation. He was charged with marijuana possession from that arrest.

Lewis asked the Dunbar Middle School's principal if he could get on the intercom to sing Justin Bieber songs during the morning announcements.
A few hours later, at about 2:15 p.m., Lewis was arrested again for pretending to be the "What Do You Mean?" pop star at a daycare about half a mile away from the hospital, according to reports.

Lewis wanted to sing to the children at the Kiddie Kollege Daycare "as Justin Bieber," and told the workers he was Jesus, according to court documents.

When employees asked him to leave, he began screaming profanities at kids and their parents, cops said.

Lewis was arrested again, and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct, police said.
